SPRO B.V SPONSORS DUTCH SALTWATER TEAMS!

Tackle wholesaler SPRO has committed itself for the coming 3 years to become the official sponsor of the 4 Dutch national sea fishing teams – Coast seniors, Coast ladies, Coast juniors and the Boat fishing team – and the National matches organized by Sportvisserij Nederland. Sportvisserij Nederland director Joop Bongers and SPRO president Takayoshi Fujimoto agreed this in early May at the SPRO headquarters in Vianen (the Netherlands). At the contract signing, all saltwater coaches were present as well.
 
“We are very proud to be able to sponsor the national saltwater teams and will have a close cooperation with Sportvisserij Nederland and the coaches to supply the teams with the best products to have an international success!” says Mr. Fujimoto. He finds the sponsorship of all teams a good and logical development on the current sponsorship activities. “Last year we sponsored the Dutch Boat fishing team – for which we developed the special Multi-Tip Boat rods – and the World Championship Boat Fishing and our consultants are often already part of the National selections.”

SPRO will sponsor the Dutch saltwater teams both financially as in material. Next to clothing for all teams, the junior team will fish with a complete SPRO / Gamakatsu equipment, including custom lightweight rods. “With this extension of sponsorship activities to all Saltwater teams SPRO shows its dedication to the sea fishing scene in general”, says Joop Bongers. “We are very happy with the support of such a strong international partner as SPRO and are confident to continue the salt successes of the last years.”
